Your Tap To Connect products come pre-loaded. Every NFC tag already has your links on it. No setup wizard, no technical knowledge needed.
Want to change a destination later? Open the free NFC Tools app, tap any tile to your phone, and update it in seconds.

Your customer holds their phone over any tile and the destination opens instantly. Google review page, Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify store, loyalty programme, or anywhere else. No app needed, no QR code to scan.
iPhone: tap and hold the tile against the back of the phone along the top edge. Android: turn on NFC in Settings, then tap the tile to the camera bump or to the centre of the phone’s back.

Swap tiles freely.

Every tile is magnetic and removable. Swap them around, rearrange your layout, or order new individual tiles for other purposes. Google reviews, WhatsApp, Instagram, menus, booking links. Choose from our 19 tile designs or request a custom destination. Your display grows with your business.

Place your order and tell us: the product you'd like, the links you want on each tile, your colour preferences for different parts, and any custom prints, like a QR code on a tile, back printing, or a colour we don't have listed. We handle the rest.

All Android phones and iPhones 11 and newer. That covers the vast majority of smartphones in use today.

It should work easily. iPhones take a brief moment to detect as a security measure. Just hold the top of the phone steady on the tile for a second. For Android, make sure NFC is enabled in the phone's settings.

Yes on both counts. Tap To Connect products are made from durable recycled and biodegradable plastics, and they can handle getting wet. Wipe them down without worry.

No. NFC tiles are passive. They draw power from the phone scanning them. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace.

Most products are customisable. The specific parts you can personalise (colours, icons, prints) are listed on each product card. If you have something specific in mind, just ask when you order.

Yes. For an additional S$35 per colour, I'll craft custom colours tailored to your brand. Otherwise, choose any colour from the standard palette at no extra cost.

Standard delivery is within 10 business days from order confirmation. Need it faster? For an additional S$30, we can deliver within 5 business days — just order by 12pm to qualify.

A digital proof will be sent for your approval before we go into production. Nothing gets made until you sign off.

Links can always be updated via NFC Tools. If you need new branding on the physical tiles (new name, new colours, new prints), you'll need to order fresh ones.
